With another 60-degree weather rehearsal coming our way to the warm side of the thermometer, I should say 27 degrees above zero will be a great relief to us all. So get out to that favorite little fishing hole you enjoy because the fish should get more active with this warm front. The bluegills and crappies have been biting regularly on the Chetek Chain of Lakes. Most of the panfish activity is in water depths of eight to 13 feet of water with some weeds or wood structures in the area. Fishermen have been getting lots of fish to sort through.
