POTOMAC RIVER - D.C. - Smallmouth bass action is excellent around Fletchers&#8217; Boat House on live crayfish, tube baits and Yamamoto Senkos. From Chain Bridge to 14th Street Bridge, along the Virginia shoreline, crankbaits are taking most of the fish.
