Norfolk is a large city with a population of over 230,000 people. It is Virginia's second
largest incorporated city and it is located just west of Virginia Beach and it is borded by
the Chesapeake Bay to the north and the Elizabeth River to the west. Norfolk has
many miles of riverfront and bayfront property. Fishermen have many opportunities
for fishing in the area. The fishing charters target striped bass, flounder, tautog,
spadefish, black drum, redfish, cobia and more.
