Boulder Mountain in Utah, makes up half of the Aquarius Plateau of South Central
Utah. Boulder Mountain rises to the west of Capitol Reef National Park and consists of
steep slopes and cliffs. It is also a part of the Dixie National Forest. There are some
places to stay in this region with many options for fishing. You won't find too many
fishing guides and outfitters out here, but we do have one guide listed. You can check
