The Fort Randall Dam impounds the Missouri River in South Dakota and this dam
holds Lake Francis Case. The lake is very long as it extends for about 100 miles and
has a maximum depth of 140 feet. Most people come here to catch walleye, but there
are other species as well such as northern pike, perch and bass.
