Beaufort, South Carolina is situated on the Beaufort River about 40 miles northeast of
Hilton Head Island. This city is fairly small, but there is plenty to do here to go along
with fine restaurants and many hotels to accommodate you. The fishing is excellent for
a variety of fish such as redfish, sea trout, tarpon, ladyfish, flounder, jack crevalle and
sheepshead.
