Carolina Beach is a small beach town in New Hanover County, North Carolina. It is
located on Pleasure Island and it is just north of Kure Beach and Wilmington Beach.
Most people enjoy relaxing on the beaches, but you can also head over to the marina
where you can hop on a charter boat for a day of fishing. The saltwater fishing is
excellent for a variety of species such as billfish, dolphin, king mackerel, tuna, wahoo,
cobia, shark, barracuda, spanish mackerel and more.
