Wise River is a small town located in southwest Montana.  Wise River is also a
tributary of the Big Hole River.  This town is a part of Beaverhead County and it is about
40 miles southwest of Butte, Montana.  This town is popular in the summer among
fishermen.  Fishing is good for trout in the nearby lakes and rivers for trout.
