Ocean Springs is located just a couple of miles east of Biloxi. Ocean Springs doesn't
draw the tourists like Biloxi does, but there is some excellent fishing here. Fishing
charters are available and you can catch a variety of fish such as redfish, snapper,
cobia, shark, grouper, shark and others. Just like Biloxi, there is access to deep water
and the shallower water around the barrier islands, but Ocean Springs is also located
on the bay, which gives you some options to fish when the offshore waters are too
rough.
