(4,001 acres), Milakokia Lake (1,956 acres), North Manistique
Lake (1,722 acres), Millecoquins Lake (1,890 acres) and Lake
Ann Louise (311 acres). Lake Michigan and Lake Superior are
also close by and there are other lakes, rivers, and streams in the
area. The Lakes provide some excellent fishing for muskie,
northern pike, walleye, largemouth and smallmouth bass, perch
and rock bass. You can also catch brook trout, brown trout,
rainbow trout and steelhead in the rivers. Most of the lakes have
maximum depths less than 30 feet which allows the water to warm
quicker, which makes fishing, boating and other water activities
more enjoyable.
