Annapolis is the capital of Maryland and it is part of the Baltimore-Washington
metropolitan area.  The city is located at the mouth of the Severn River, which flows into
the Chesapeake Bay.  The bay is known for its tremendous striped bass fishing.  There
are numerous fishing charters that target striped bass, bluefish, flounder, croaker, and
sea trout.
