Lanai is a small island located very close to Maui. There are only a few hotels and one
charter service that we have listed for this island. The island is very remote and
peaceful and it makes a nice getaway from the crowds. Many people come over from
Maui to spend the day biking, hiking, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, golfing or just
hanging out around the water. There are a couple of luxury resorts here, so if you are
planning to stay on the island, you won't be disappointed. As far as the fishing goes,
you're still in Hawaii. The fishing is excellent for a variety of offshore species. You just
won't have the option of picking from 7 or 8 different charter services on Lanai.
