known for being wild summer party towns, but this area is also a
popular resort town among families because of the wide, sandy
beaches and numerous hotels, condos and cottages that can be
found here.

The fishing is extremely popular here with numerous charter boats

striped bass, sea trout, bluefish, flounder, kingfish, spot, croaker,
blowfish, sharks, mackerel and tuna.  Depending on the time of the
year, fishermen can have a lot of success fishing the surf.
