Lake Amador is a smaller, 400 acre lake that is located in northern California. This
lake is known for its weekly trout plants of up to 5000 pounds with fish averaging 2 to 6
pounds each. If you are looking to fish a lake that has some trophy fish available to go
along with plenty of action, Lake Amador is the place for you.
Many anglers come here for other species as well. The largemouth bass fishing is very
good and you can also catch bluegill, crappie and huge catfish.
