Haines, Alaska is located on the shores of the Lynn Canal, which is the longest and
deepest fjord in North America. The scenery is breath-taking with the wildlife, water and
snow-capped mountains. The fishing is incredible. All 5 species of salmon are
available and you have the option of catching them in the open water or in the river.
The Chilkoot river offers a variety of runs from May through November. If you're
looking for huge fish, try fishing for halibut. There are fishing charters available to help
