Barracuda can be exciting to catch and Key West has plenty of them inshore and offshore. The reefs have plenty of these fish around and you can catch them year round in the waters around Key West. You can also sight fish them in the clear water on the flats as well.
Barracuda are very aggressive and they can be caught on a variety of live baits and artificial lures. Big lures that imitate bait fish are very productive. Surface lures on the flats can be very effective as well.
