For over 20 years, Molson Lake Lodge has enforced the catch and release program - and it’s working!

 

2008 was one of the best fishing years we can remember. As of mid July 2008…Guests at Molson had caught 3x as many Master Angler Walleye as they caught in all of 2007!!

This record amount of trophy Walleye And remember…with three species of trophy sized fish to go after, guests were catching all these trophy Walleye in only a few hours out of each day. The average size in all three species was way above normal.
