Super 8 added a new addition in October 2007. A conference and Banquet Facility named “Minis Hall” (Ojibway for Island) that can accommodate up to 100 people for conferences, banquets, meetings, and gatherings. Minis Hall has a full Catering Menu through Casey’s Grill and Bar that can handle anything from appetizers, lunches, and full dinners. The hall is Octagonal in shape and is made out of Stone, Wood, Fire, and Light to pay tribute to our First Nations Heritage. For more information on the hall click Minis Hall.

…There are beautiful walking trails right behind the motel for our guests to enjoy. Many other attractions are close by including the MS Kenora, a 190 passenger cruise ship that takes guests on a glorious tour of Lake of the Woods. Reservations can be made at the front desk. Great shopping can be found in Kenora, everything from larger stores to quaint little shops that are unique to the area.
